AcuSpa’s Cancellation Policy

Your time and well-being is very important to us. We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

Any cancellation* made less than 24 Hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If your appointment is part of a package, we will count the session as used. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

*Cancellations include rescheduling, arriving over 20 minutes late, and no call no shows.*

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at acuspapasadena@gmail.com, texting or calling our office at
